JOHN H. MICK

CHIEF OF OPERATIONS


Chief Mick joined Narberth Ambulance in 1995 as an active volunteer EMT of our organization. He has served on the Board and was Vice President for a time however John found a home on the operations team with Engineering and became a line officer in 1998. He has risen the ranks and has served as the Deputy Chief for over a decade. "I enjoy volunteering at Narberth because I enjoy giving back to my community. I have volunteered in Lower Merion Township since 1987 as a junior member at the Penn Wynne Fire Company". Chief Mick is proud to see people choose Narberth for their careers and become better providers with all the Medical and Operational support surrounding them at Narberth. I consider Narberth a leader in EMS, but we are always trying to improve. John's commitment to the community doesn't end with the ambulance. His 9 to 5 job has him protecting our children as he is a Detective assigned to the Juvenile Unit for Lower Merion Township Police.

PATRICK GLYNN

DEPUTY CHIEF


Patrick Glynn has been in the Emergency Medical field since 2009. Patrick began his career in EMS as a volunteer EMT with Springfield Ambulance Corps in Springfield, Delaware County. During his tenure at Springfield Ambulance Corps, he held the positions of Lieutenant and Training Director. Patrick continued his education by pursuing his EMT-P (Paramedic) in 2010 by attending Good Fellowship’s Paramedic program. He became a Nationally Registered paramedic in 2011. Patrick also had the opportunity to experience EMS in many different systems across Pennsylvania, including Delaware, Montgomery, Chester, Lancaster Counties, and parts of New Jersey. Patrick obtained his CPR and EMS Instructor certifications to continue to give back to the community by helping improve emergency response and by helping train the next generation of emergency responders. Patrick started with Narberth Ambulance in 2015 as a staff paramedic and worked his way through the positions of Clinical Care Coordinator, Lieutenant, Battalion Chief, and now Deputy Chief. Patrick, by using his vast experience of helping those in need coupled with serving the community. Patrick has vowed to be a lifelong learner to continue growing as a provider, educator, and leader. As Deputy Chief, Patrick works endlessly to ensure that the morale and work environment are good for all members at Narberth Ambulance and the communities it serves. Outside of the ambulance, Patrick enjoys movies, traveling, and spending time with his wife Amanda and two children, Brooklyn (13) and Dean (7), at their home in valley forge, PA.

NICHOLAS IEZZI

BATTALION CHIEF / PARAMEDIC


Nicholas Iezzi, a Haverford Township native, is a dedicated emergency services professional with a strong EMS and fire background in Delaware County. A graduate of Temple University with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice, Nick has been a member of Narberth Ambulance since 2019. Starting as a staff EMT, he worked diligently to become a paramedic and advanced through the officer ranks to his current role as Battalion Chief. His leadership and expertise reflect a deep commitment to serving his community. When not working, Nick enjoys his time with his three dogs, smoking fine cigars and whiskey.

JOE YOCHIM

BATTALION CHIEF / PARAMEDIC


Joe has over 12 years of experience in emergency medical services. For the past 8 years, he has served with Narberth Ambulance, including the last 4 years as an Operational Officer. Prior to Narberth, he worked for Haverford Township Paramedics, Riddle Memorial Hospital, Crozer EMS, Marple Township Ambulance Corps, and PennStar. When I’m not on the job, enjoy spending time with my wife and two children (soon to be three), often traveling to Avalon or Lake Keuka for family trips. I also enjoy unwinding with a round of golf or fishing whenever it allows.

TRACY MAXWELL

BATTALION CHIEF / PARAMEDIC


Tracy Maxwell began her career in education, earning a bachelor’s degree in the field before making a shift into EMS. After obtaining her EMT certification, she worked several years in Haverford township. In 2012, Tracy advanced to become paramedic. She has spent the past eight years with Narberth Ambulance, where she has moved through the ranks, from Paramedic to Captain and now Battalion Chief. Outside of work, Tracy is an avid crafter and mother of two who spends her time traveling with her kid's sports teams.

VICTOR BERG

BATTALION CHIEF / CLINICAL CARE CORDINATOR


A Lifelong Havertown resident, Vic Started in EMS in 1982, joining a Fire Co. After years of working throughout Delaware and Chester County, returned to EMS in Haverford Twp in 1995 and, is a life member of the Haverford Township Bureau of Fire. Has been working with Narberth Ambulance since 2016 as a Paramedic, Battalion Chief and Clinical Care Coordinator. Also works part time as a Paramedic / Firefighter at a Chester County Fire Company.

DONNA ZAJAC

CAPTAIN / LFC LIASION


Donna Zajac has dedicated over 20 years to the field of Emergency Services, inspired by a family legacy, rooted in community service. Her journey began at the age of 14 as a cadet member of the Lower Providence Fire Department, where she first experienced the rewarding nature of emergency services. At 16, after completing a ride-along with the Lower Providence Community Ambulance, Donna realized that Emergency Medical Services (EMS) was her true calling, driven by her passion for helping others. In 2014, Donna joined Narberth Ambulance, where she has continued to develop her skills and knowledge as a provider. Her commitment to excellence and continuous learning has allowed her to grow within the organization, taking on increasingly responsible roles. Donna has served as a BLS QA Coordinator, ensuring the highest standards of care for her team and the community. Recently promoted to Captain and Lansdowne Liaison, Donna now leads the division in Lansdowne Borough, where she plays a key role in fostering relationships between EMS and the community. In addition to her leadership duties, she maintains a dual administrative role, assisting in the billing office while dedicating time to the ambulance to provide hands-on service to those in need.

PHILIP MOLLICHELLA

CAPTAIN


As one of five Captains responsible for assisting with the daily operations of our organization. Phil began as a volunteer firefighter and EMT in the early eighties and moved to a career paramedic position in the mid-nineties with organizations such as Delaware County Hospital, Crozier Hospital, Marple Township Ambulance Corp., and Riddle Hospital, where I held the position of Lieutenant. He focuses on assisting our department's growth and helping others advance in this fast-growing career. His downtime activity is as a sportsman racer in several NHRA classes; He travels around the country racing in many events.

MICHAEL GREEN

CAPTAIN


I began my career on October 18th, 1991, at Olney Community Ambulance in Philadelphia, one of the last of the original Volunteer Ambulance Corps in the City. Finding his passion in prehospital care, he selected several terrific agencies: Cheltenham Twp EMS, Burholme First Aid Corps, Narberth, Lafayette Ambulance, and VMSC of Lansdale.  His 30-plus years in EMS have been spent serving the residents and visitors of the lower Montgomery County and Philadelphia area.  When off, I enjoy spending time with my children and grandchildren and romantic moonlit walks to the fridge.
